Chap. CXVII.— An Act for the relief of Thomas Wheatley. May 28, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to ThomasPayment for a horse lost. Wheatley, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of forty-five dollars, the value of a horse that died in the military service of the United States, in one thousand eight hundred and twelve, for the want of forage. Approved, May 28, 1830.
