Cruger.* June 17, 1844. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be authorized andTo be paid the value of their slave Romeo. required to pay to William De Peyster and Henry N. Cruger the value of their slave Romeo, who was sent from Fort Delhi to Arkansas, with the Seminole Indians, under the authority of the officers of the United States. Approved, June 17, 1844.
