Chap. CXV.— An Act *for the relief of Benjamin F. Hard.* August 1, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he isPayment to him. hereby, directed to pay Benjamin F. Hard the sum of one thousand three hundred and twenty-nine dollars and fifty cents, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, August 1, 1842.
