Chap. CXLVI.— An Act *to diet for the relief of Gorham A. Worth, one of the sureties of Samuel Edmonds, deceased.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Gorham A. Worth be, and is hereby, acquitted,Released from the payment of a bond. released, and discharged, from all liability whatever to pay, or cause to be paid, a certain bond, executed by him to the United States in tire year eighteen hundred and thirteen, conditioned in the penal sum of twenty thousand dollars, for the faithful discharge of the duties of Samuel Edmonds, as principal paymaster of the militia of the state of New York. Approved, March 3, 1843.
