CXLV.— An Act *for the relitf of Joseph Nimblett.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., *Be it enacted*, $c., That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is,To be placed on pension roll. directed to place the name of Joseph Nimblett, of the state of Vermont’ on the roll of invalid pensioners, and cause him to be paid at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the twelfth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine, being the time when the taking of his testimony was completed.
