Chap. CXLII.— An Act *for the relief of Abel A. Pasko and others.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That so much of the judgment taken in the Released from part of a certain judgment.northern district court of New York, in favor of the Post Office Department, against Orson Crane, Abel A. Pasko, and Wickham, as includes the penalty and the damages, and interest thereon, be, and the same is hereby, remitted and released. Approved, March 3, 1839.
