CXLII.— An Act *for the relief of Eli Eastman.*June 28, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be directed to pay to Eli Eastman, of Vermont, the sum of sixty-seven dollars per annum,A pension granted to him. during his natural life, as a pension for his services as a revolutionary soldier; the said payment to commence on the fourth day of September, anno Domini eighteen hundred and thirty-four, at which time the pension previously granted to said Eastman, as a revolutionary soldier, was suspended.
