Chap. CXLII.— An Act for the relief of Abraham Brownson. May 28, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the provisions of the act, entitled “An act for the relief of certain surviving officers and soldiers of the army ofProvisions of act of May 15, 1828, ch. 53, extended to him. the revolution,” approved fifteenth May, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight, be, and they are hereby declared to be, applicable to the case of Abraham Brownson, who enlisted in the regiment commanded by Colonel Seth Warner, in the revolutionary war; and that the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to extend the benefit of the said act to him, any thing contained in the same to the contrary notwithstanding.
