Chap. CXLI.— An Act *for the relief of William P. Duval.* June 17, 1844. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the proper accounting officers be, and they are hereby, directed to settle according to principles of equity and justice,His accounts as superintendent of Indian affairs in Florida, to be settled. under the direction of the Secretary of War, the account of William P. Duval, for his services and the disbursements made by him and expenses incurred as superintendent of Indian Affairs in the Territory of Florida; and that he be paid such sum of money as shall be found on such settlement to be due to him. Approved, June 17, 1844.
