Chap. CXLI.— An Act *for the relief of Robert B. Lewis.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to refund and pay to Robert B. Lewis, the sum ofPatent fees to be refunded. fifteen dollars, being the amount of money paid by him into the treasury of the United States, as fees, on the surrender by him of a patent, granted the twenty-sixth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six, for the purpose of correction and re-issue; his application for a re-issue having been denied at the Patent Office, and he, thereby, having been deprived of the benefit of his said patent for the residue of the term remaining unexpired.
