CXLI.— An Act *granting a pension to Robert Casey.*June 28, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Robert Casey, of St. LawrenceTo be placed on pension roll. county, in the state of New York, on the roll of invalid pensioners of the United States; and that he pay him, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, at the rate of eight dollars per month, during his natural life, to commence from and after the twenty-first day of April, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven. Approved, June 28, 1838.
