Chap. CXLI.— An Act for the relief of Jane Dauphin, administratrix of John Dauphin.March 2, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That there be paid to Jane Dauphin, administratrix Amount of a certain forfeiture to be refunded. of John Dauphin, late of Wilmington in the state of Delaware, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand one hundred and eighty-three dollars and forty-one cents, that being the amount received into the treasury from the forfeiture, not heretofore remitted, of a schooner called the Mary, and cargo, the property of said John Dauphin, which was recovered of James Jeffreys, surety of the said John Dauphin, and has been reimbursed by the said Jane Dauphin, his administratrix.
