CXL.— An Act *for the relief of Daniel Ward and George Ficklin.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the United States district attorney for the Certain proceedings against them to be relinquished.eastern district of Virginia, or other officer whose duty it may be to superintend the collection of a certain judgment recovered by the United States against John Morrison, and other sureties of George Wheeler and Caleb Morrison, be authorized and required finally to relinquish all proceedings for enforcing the supposed lien created by the said judgment against the lands and tenements of the said John Morrison, purchased by Daniel Ward and Joseph Ficklin. Approved, March 3, 1839.
