CXIX.— An Act *for the relief of William Henson.* June 17, 1844. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be directed,Payment for enrolling Cherokee Indiana. out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to William Henson one hundred and eighty dollars for ninety days’ service enrolling Cherokee Indians for emigration; also, five hundred and forty dollars for rations by him furnished for the same Indians, averaged at forty-five days, making in all the sum of seven hundred and twenty dollars. Approved, June 17, 1844.
