Chap. CXIX.— An Act *for the relief of Gamaliel E. Smith.*March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to GamalielPayment for work, &.C. on Mount Desert rock light. E. Smith three hundred and fifty dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for work done and materials furnished for the erection of a dwelling-house and light-house on Mount Desert rock, in the state of Maine, in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty-nine. Approved, March 3, 1843.
