CXIX.— An Act *granting a pension to Harvey Reynolds.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Harvey Reynolds, of theTo be placed on pension list. state of Vermont, on the list of invalid pensioners, and to pay him out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four dollars per month; to commence from the 1st of January, eighteen [hundred] and thirty-four, and to continue during his natural life.
