CXIV.— An Act *granting a pension to Susannah Rowe, widow of John Rowe, deceased.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. authorized and required to place the name of Susannah Rowe, widow of John Rowe, deceased, of the state of Virginia, on the pension roll; 764 TWENTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 115, 116, 117. 1839. and that there be paid to her sixty dollars per annum during her natural life; commencing on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one.
