Chap. CXIII.— An Act for the relief of the legal representatives of John Thompson, jr., late of Louisiana.June 28, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to the legal representatives of John Thompson, jr., out of any money in the Payment for services of John Thompson, jr. as clerk. treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand three hundred and seventy-nine dollars and sixteen cents, for the services of the said John Thompson, jr., as a clerk of a board of commissioners in Western Louisiana, from the thirtieth of January, one thousand eight 573TWENTY-THIRD CONGRESS.
Sess. I. Ch. 114, 115, 116. 1834. hundred and ten, to the thirtieth of December, one thousand eight hundred and ten, inclusive, at the rate of fifteen hundred dollars per annum, that salary having been established by the acts of twenty-first of April, Act of April 21, 1806, ch. 41.Act of March 3, 1811, ch. 46. one thousand eight hundred and six, and third of March, one thousand eight hundred and eleven.
