Chap. CXIII.— An Act for the relief of Lucy M. Lipscomb. May 26, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the sum of one hundred dollars, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, be, and the same isPayment to her, amount erroneously deposited. hereby, appropriated, to the payment of that sum to Lucy M. Lipscomb, of Missouri, for so much money, erroneously deposited by her agent to the credit of the Treasurer of the United States; to be paid to the said Lucy, or to her order on demand. Approved, May 26, 1830.
