Chap. CXII.— An Act for the relief of Robert Kane.March 2, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Robert Payment for equipments captured by the enemy. Kane, a mounted volunteer of the New York militia, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty-five dollars, for equipments captured by the enemy at the Battle of the Beaver Dams, during the late war with Great Britain. Approved, March 2, 1833.
