Chap. CXI.— An Act for the relief of Thomas H. Boyle. April 27, 1816. *Be it enacted, &c., * That Thomas H. Boyle, or his legal representatives,Allowed to enter a tract of land without payment. be authorized to enter with the register of the land office, without payment, twelve hundred and eighty acres of land, including his settlement in the Mississippi territory, and on return being made to the commission [er] of the general land office, a patent shall issue as in other cases.
Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted, *That there be allowed to the saidTo receive three months’ pay as captain. Thomas H. Boyle, three months’ pay, as a captain in the army of the United States, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, April 27, 1816.
