CXI.— An Act *for the relief of Alice Usher.* June 17, 1844. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. directed to place the name of Alice Usher, of the county of Providence, and state of Rhode Island, on the pension roll; and that she be paid, TWENTY-EIGHTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 112, 113, 114. 1844. 919 out of any money not otherwise appropriated, for the term of five years, commencing on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, the same rate of pension allowed by the act of July [June], seven,Act of June 7, 1838, ch. 126. eighteen hundred and thirty-two, to a drummer for twelve months’ service, and also the same rate of pension allowed by the same act to a drum major for six months’ service.
