Chap. CXCVII.— An Act for the relief of Samuel Cleveland, junior. May 26, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is Payment to him for services as a soldier.hereby, authorized and directed to pay unto Samuel Cleveland, junior, or to his legal representative, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred fourteen dollars, forty cents, being in full for his monthly pay as a soldier in the eleventh regiment of infantry, for three years three months and nine days. Approved, May 26, 1824.
