CXCV.— An Act *for the relief of Isaac Gale.*July 7, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension list directed to place the name of Isaac Gale on the pension list of invalid pensioners of the United States; and that the said Isaac Gale be entitled to receive a pension, at the rate of six dollars a month, from the first of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight.
