Chap. CXCI.— An Act *for the relief of Thomas Sinnard.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby Payment for extra work on the Cumberland road.authorized to pay to Thomas Sinnard, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred and seventy dollars and twenty cents, for extra work done on the Cumberland road in grading on section number one E, of Indianapolis, in the state of Indiana; and, also, for iron work in the following bridges, to wit: White Lick, Black’s bridge, Mad creek, and Hancock creek and bayou.
