Chap. CXCI.— An Act for the relief of David Rogers and Sons. May 29, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to David Rogers and Sons, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated,Payment of amount of drawback. one hundred and sixty-eight dollars and sixty-seven cents, being the amount of drawback on certain teas, entered for benefit of drawback, and exported to St. Croix, in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty-two. Approved, May 29, 1830.
