Chap. CX.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs of Crocker Sampson, deceased.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War cause to be issued aDuplicate land warrant to be issued.Proviso. duplicate of warrant number one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, issued to Crocker Sampson, a lieutenant in the Massachusetts line of the army of the Revolution, for two hundred acres of land: *Provided*, That nothing in this act contained shall be so construed as to affect the interest of any bona fide assignee of said original warrant, if the same shall be still in existence; in which event, the duplicate hereby authorized shall be null and void. Approved, March 3, 1839.
