Chap. CX.— An Act *for the relief of Jonathan Elkins.* June 15, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby His pension to be increased.is, directed to allow and pay to Jonathan Elkins, now a pensioner on the revolutionary pension roll, at the rate of sixty dollars annually, a pension at the rate of eighty dollars a year in lieu thereof, during his natural life, commencing on the fourth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, deducting therefrom the amount of pension he may have already received.
