Chap. CX.— An Act for the relief of Adam Caplinger.March 2, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Adam Payment for services as artificer, &c. Caplinger, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and two dollars forty-three and three-fourth cents, for his services as artificer on a tour of militia duty, performed in eighteen hundred and twelve and eighteen hundred and thirteen. Approved, March 2, 1833.
