CVIII.— An Act *for the relief of the legal representatives of Henry Morfit, deceased.*June 12, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the proper accounting officers of the Treasury Department be, and they are hereby, directed to settle the accountFive years’ full pay of a lieutenant allowed. of Henry Morfit, deceased, and allow to his legal representatives five years’ full pay as a lieutenant in the Pennsylvania line on continental establishment, without interest; which five years’ full pay is the commutation of his half pay for life; to be paid to the said legal representatives of Henry Morfit, deceased, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
