CVII.— An Act *for the relief of Captain Samuel Warren.*June 12, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the proper accounting officers of the Treasury Department be, and they hereby are, directed to settle the accountFive years’ full pay of a captain allowed. of Samuel Warren, of South Carolina, and to allow him five years’ full pay, as a captain in the army of the Revolution; which five years’ full pay is the commutation of his half pay for life; and that such sum as may be found due, be paid to him out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
