Chap. CVII.— An Act for the relief of Michael Hoff. May 20, 1826. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized and required to remit to Michael Hoff 350 NINETEENTH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 108, 113, 114, 115. 1826 Certain duties on a still remitted.such proportion of the duties as may have accrued under a license, in the years eighteen hundred and fifteen, and eighteen hundred and sixteen, to the said Michael Hoff, for the use of his still, for the time during which the use of the said still was discontinued; in the same mannerAct of March 3, 1817, ch. 56. as is directed by the act, entitled “An act authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to remit the duties therein mentioned.
