CV.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs of Lieutenant William Russwurm, deceased.*June 12, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the proper accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, required to settle the account of William Russwurm,Five years’ Full pay of a lieutenant to be allowed. deceased, and allow to his heirs five years’ full pay as a lieutenant in the North Carolina line, on continental establishment; which five years’ full pay, is the commutation of his half pay for life, to be paid to the heirs of the said William Russwurm, deceased, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
