CV.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs of Richard Anderson.* June 15, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to allow and pay to the widow, and if no widow to the childrenAllowance to be made to them. of Richard Anderson, deceased, late a pensioner on the revolutionary invalid pension roll, the amount of said Richard’s invalid pension, from the third day of March, in the year of ourAct of May 15, 1826, ch. 53. Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty-six, to the thirty-first day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty, during which time the said pension was withheld or discontinued, in consequence of the said Richard’s taking the benefit of the act entitled “An act for the relief of certain surviving officers and soldiers of the array of the Revolution,” passed May fifteen, eighteen hundred and twenty-eight.
