Chap. CLXXXIX.— An Act *for the relief of Jeremiah Goldsmith.* June 28, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, To be placed on pension roll.directed to place the name of Jeremiah Goldsmith of Massachusetts, upon the roll of revolutionary pensioners, and to pay him at the rate of thirty dollars per annum, during his natural life, the said pension to commence on the fourth day of March, anno Domini, eighteen hundred and thirty-one. Approved, June 28, 1836.
