CLXXX.— An Act *for the relief of Joseph Ellery.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. authorized and directed to place the name of Joseph Ellery, of the state of New York, on the roll of invalid pensioners; who shall be entitled to and receive a pension, at the rate of six dollars a month, from the first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and forty-two, and to continue during his natural life.
