Chap. CLXXV.— An Act for the relief of Henry Whitney.June 30, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Henry Payment for services as secretary, &c. Whitney, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hundred and fifty-seven dollars and fifty cents, for services rendered on board the Guerriere frigate, as acting secretary of the squadron, in the years eighteen hundred and twenty-nine, and eighteen hundred and thirty, in the Pacific. Approved, June 30, 1834.
