Chap. CLXXIV.— An Act for the relief of Abel Alien. May 29, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the act to provide for certain persons engagedTo be placed on the pension list.Act of March 18, 1818, ch. 19. in the land and naval service of the United States in the revolutionary war, passed the eighteenth day of March, eighteen hundred and eighteen, shall be construed to authorize the Secretary of War, toplace on the pension list Abel Allen, a soldier in the revolutionary war, now insane, of the date of the eighteenth of August, Anno Domini eighteen hundred and twenty-nine; and that the receipt of his guardian for the time being, shall be sufficient for the pension allowed by the said act.
