Chap. CLXXI.— An Act *for the relief of Lyman N. Cook.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. required to place the name of Lyman N. Cook, of New York, upon the roll of invalid pensioners, and to pay him at the rate of eleven dollars and twenty-five cents per month during his natural life, commencing on the first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and forty. Approved, March 3, 1843.
