CLXVI.— An Act *for the relief of Mary McGee and Susan Pierce, heirs at law of George Neilson.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Mary McGee and Susan Pierce, heirs atAuthorized to enter certain land. law of George Neilson, deceased, a soldier of the late war, be, and they are hereby, authorized to enter free of cost, one quarter section of one TWENTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 167, 168, 169. 1843. 903 hundred and sixty acres of any of the public lands subject to sale at private entry, and that a patent issue to them for the same, which quarter section shall be taken for and in full consideration of the land bounty to which the said George Neilson would be entitled if living.
