CLXVI.— An Act *for the relief of Henry Grady, of Macon county, North Carolina.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Henry Grady, of Macon county, North Carolina, five hundred and six dollars,Payment for corn delivered. out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, it being for six hundred and fifty bushels of corn delivered by him at Fort Butler, in the Cherokee nation, for the use of the United States troops, in the year eighteen hundred and thirty-seven.
