Allen, of Lowndes county and state of Mississippi, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise ap- 771 TWENTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 146, 147, 148, 149. 1839. propriated, the sum of nine hundred and fifty-nine dollars and eighty-six cents, being for the indemnification of the said Allen for an official act.
