CLXIV.— An Act *granting a pension to Mary Uptegraff, of Butler county, Pennsylvania.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name of Mary Uptegraff, widow of Isaac Uptegrafl’ deceased, andTo be placed on pension roll. late a pensioner of the United States, on the roll of revolutionary pensioners, and pay the same amount of pension per annum which her said husband received in his life-time; the same to commence and take effect at and from the first of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, to be paid out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
