Chap. CLXIV.— An Act *granting a pension to Theophilus E. Beekman, late first lieutenant in the forty-first regiment of the United States infantry.* June 28, 1836. *Be it enacted, &c.*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, To be placed on pension roll.directed to place the name of Theophilus E. Beekman, late first lieu-tenant in the forty-first regiment of the United States infantry, on the roll of invalid pensioners, and pay to him the sum of seventeen dollars per month during his natural life, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five.
