Chap. CLXIII.— An Act *granting a pension to the widow of John March, deceased.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That there be paid out of the navy pension fund, to the widow of John March, deceased, an ordinary seaman of theA pension granted to her. United States ship Adams, who received an injury while in the line of his duty, a pension equal to half that to which he would have been entitled, provided the proof required by the regulations of the Navy Department had been produced; to commence on the twenty-second day of December, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, and to end on the day of his death. Approved, March 3, 1839.
