CLXII.— An Act *for the relief of Weight Hurlbert.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directedTo be placed on pension list. to place the name of Weight Hurlbert on the pension list of invalid pensioners of the United Slates; and that said Weight Hurlbert be entitled to receive a pension at the rate of six dollars a month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight.
