Chap. CLX.— An Act for the relief of Jonathan Taylor of Kentucky. May 26, 1828. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and hePayment of a balance due him is hereby, directed to pay to Jonathan Taylor, out of any money in the 394 TWENTIETH CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 161. Res. 2. 1828. for mustering militia in 1807.treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars; being the balance due to the said Taylor for mustering into and out of service a detachment of Kentucky militia, embodied in the year one thousand eight hundred and seven, for the suppression of the seditious expedition projected by Aaron Burr, and for his services as paymaster to the said detachment.
