CLVIII.— An Act *for the relief of Solomon Prewett.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be restored to pension roll. authorized and directed to replace the name of Solomon Prewett, of Kentucky, on the roll of revolutionary pensioners of the United States, and to pay him the sum of eighty dollars per annum, from the time when he was last paid prior to his being stricken from the roll, and to be continued to him during his natural life. Approved, March 3, 1839.
