Chap. CLVII.— An Act for the relief of Charles Collins. May 29, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * Payment to him on account of brig Nedeshda. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, directed to pay to Charles Collins, late Collector of the Port and District of Bristol, in Rhode Island, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, two hundred and forty-five dollars and TWENTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 158, 159, 160. 1830. 437 fifty cents, being the moiety of the proceeds of the forfeiture of the brig Nedeshda, to which the said Charles Collins was by law entitled. Approved, May 29, 1830.
