CLVI.— An Act *for the relief of Ruth Mathiot.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roil. directed to place the name of Ruth Mathiot, widow of George Mathiot, a soldier oi the Revolution, on the pension roll, and to pay her the sum of seventy-one dollars per annum, from the fourth of April, eighteen hundred and forty, during her natural life.
